1. General Terms

3.4 KYC Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Only deposit methods registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity are permitted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within your account settings.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your own name. 97hi77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All player accounts on 97hi77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. 97hi77 does not operate multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonus & Promotions

5.2 Bonus Abuse

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through matched betting or arbitrage strategies that guarantee a risk-free profit.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion intended for a specific player segment (e.g., new player welcome offers).
• Placing low-risk bets that do not genuinely contribute to wagering requirements in the spirit of the promotion.

5.3 Offer Availability

97hi77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a qualifying player will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of acceptance. Promotional offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred or sold.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming, and proprietary game activity on 97hi77 is subject to the following rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

97hi77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet is placed after an event has concluded or after a relevant outcome is known; the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; or the bet appears to form part of a coordinated betting pattern designed to exploit the platform.

6.2 Manifest Errors

Where 97hi77 determines that an error has resulted in incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or an otherwise anomalous result, 97hi77 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not valid and will not be paid out. 97hi77 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 97hi77 and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any third-party tool that interacts with the 97hi77 platform programmatically.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing of insider information or coordinating bets to guarantee a mutual profit at the expense of the platform.
• Money laundering or using 97hi77 as a vehicle to move funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software glitches, vulnerabilities, or errors in the platform's code or payment systems.
• Impersonating another player or 97hi77 staff member.
• Any activity that 97hi77's compliance team, in its reasonable judgement, determines to be fraudulent, harmful, or contrary to the integrity of the platform.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

97hi77 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-event payout cap, which will be communicated within the relevant sports or casino section of the platform. Any winnings in excess of the published cap will not be paid out, and excess amounts will be forfeited. Where no cap is published, reasonable limits may still apply at 97hi77's discretion.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

97hi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 97hi77 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before applying dormancy charges or closure procedures.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools available within the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period. Where closure results from a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
